Terri Sue's Toffee is located in Chico, California the center of Northern California's agricultural heartland. The orchards around Chico are known around the world for the quality walnuts and almonds they grow.
Terri Sue was born and raised in Chico. As a young girl growing up in a small agricultural based community, Terri Sue took the local nut industry for granted. Holidays spent with family members sharing and making their favorite candy recipes to share with family and friends led Terri Sue to realize the quality and taste of locally grown nuts created a unique taste other candies did not offer. Year after year Terri Sue received requests for more of her English Toffee. From the very beginning, Terri Sue insisted that each batch of English Toffee was hand made with the finest tasting ingredients. After 40 years, Terri Sue still insists on making each batch by hand to insure the finest quality.
